I had a visitation with the Lord on New Year’s Eve afternoon and he began to
talk to me about this year, and if you’ll permit me, I’ll read you what he said to me…
The year of 2004 will be known as the Year of Fullness.
By the close of 2004, all callings will come to fullness. Apostle's ministry, prophet's ministry, evangelist's ministry, pastoral
ministries, and teaching ministries that will obey Me (that’s a key issue here) will
come into full manifestation. The gifts of the Spirit will be manifested in fullness, as they were when Jesus was on the earth.
(We’ve not seen that. We’ve seen little pieces of
it, but not like this.)
Families will come into their called places and know the fullness
of joy on earth as it is in heaven. All forms of prosperity, to excel, to go to the high places in God, will come into fullness
of manifestation spirit, soul and body, health, wealth, assets and influence to the glory of God the Father.
Follow My leading. Listen to My Spirit. Things are changing. Things that now look impossible and
unchangeable will suddenly turn around, to the world for no apparent reason, but you will know the reasons, for your knowing
what I am doing will increase and also come to fullness. Many who have never heard
the voice of My Spirit will be hearing and following fully by the end of 2004.
(Now, let me ask the
Lord something; I’m going to need his permission to read this…all right…)
I have taken over the politics and the politicians.
(He’s talking about all over the world) Listen
to My voice. Vote the way I say in all elections.
(One thing He stopped me and said to me then is...) I’m telling you to vote
in all elections and I’m telling you in all elections, you vote the way I tell you to vote. And then another thing was, your ballot is your seed. A ballot
is your seed. It’s not just a vote.
Your ballot is your seed to do well under any administration; I don’t care what they do. (If you vote with God and you do what he says, you’re going to come out well, even if the rest
of them go down the drain, and that’s your seed.)
(Listen to this. This
just thrills me through and through…) America’s place as a nation is coming
to its fullest and finest hour. Not just as the military power but as the source and supply of the gospel, My gospel, in power
in witness to the whole earth. (That’s the role of this nation. That’s
what we’re all about.)
This is the time you've
been waiting for, hoping for, believing for. You will know Me ways that up to now you've never heard of before. Stay close
to Me. Keep yourself in love. Obey My every command. Stay in My Word continually. Keep yourself and your prayer life fresh
daily. Live by faith.
2004 will be the fullest year
of your life. 2005 is the year of overflow. How much overflow depends on how much you sow towards it in 2004.
... and before the
end of 2000 and 4, we're going to come to fullness and we're going to walk as the Body of Christ and we are going to see the
healing of God.

To you be the praise. This is the year. This is the moment. Thank you for this mighty
word we heard on yesterday's program, today's program. Oh Jesus, answer the prayer of Ephesians 1 for all of us, that the
eyes of our understanding would be enlightened, in Jesus name, that we might receive your fullness in Jesus name. May we comprehend
what is the height and depth and breadth the fullness of your love and walk in it. In Jesus name. The fullness you promised.
The fullness of your knowledge will be ours, in Jesus name. We've waited. Now Lord, we're going to walk in it, in Jesus name.

What really blessed me was to hear the Lord give us the instruction to vote in all elections.
I've never heard this before, but it really rings true. Don has been receiving a lot of intercession concerning Washington,
the Senate and Congress. I can remember the days when we were praying about whether or not to even vote when we were
first married, wondering how it went along with "be in the world but not of the world." So much has changed since then.
If we as Christians, parents and leaders begin teaching our children of their civic duties,
can you imagine what a better place the world will be by the next generation, as the people of God band together in their
nations to take back the kingdoms for God. That is exactly what the Lord is going to do when he returns upon the earth.
May there be enough salt in America that she would be a sheep nation and readily accept the rulership of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Pray for the Christians in Iraq. Did you see the 700 Club last night? Gordon was
sharing videos of how the Christians are being persecuted there, and how they fear they may loose their freedom to worship,
should Iraq become a Islamic Republic. May the Lord's will be done in that country and on that soil. May this
war not be for nothing, but may holiness and righteousness be restored and your people be allowed to worship you and sing
songs of worship and praise unto our God.
