The Elijah List
Come to

Elijah List Conference JUNE 13th & 14th 2003 Glasgow, Scotland

As well as being a beautiful country,
Scotland is a place being touched by God.
Don't miss out -
We would love to meet you
and have you be a part
of this particular transatlantic BRIDGE
-
Don't you love to see God's people
all mixed up together?
To
borrow a clichéd phrase,
I
believe the Elijah List conference in Scotland
is
'the beginning of something beautiful' in Christ!
The
word the Lord has put in my spirit for the conference is
'BRIDGE.'
With all my heart,
I believe God desires
to
form a strong bridge
of communication
and
Divine comradeship
between
Scotland
the United States of America.
There are,
of course,
wonderful Godly
relationships,
which currently
exist between both nations.
In my spirit I
perceive that the Elijah List summer conference has a unique feel of something new being anchored in the Spirit, which will
serve as a route of blessing, transformation and Christ-centered mission.
There is also a
wonderful sense of an ancient revival anointing being resurrected. From tiny
acorns, mighty oak trees grow!
I have a profound
impression of hearts and lives being connected by Father for His glory. The Elijah
List conference in June is part of the on-going work of the Lord to create a prophetic evangelistic people. You are warmly
invited to come and be part of this transatlantic family get together.
Come and . .
. be the bridge!

Itinerary for Celtic Pilgrim Scotland Tour
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
June
6th -15th, 2003
Friday, June 6 We meet and leave from
Newark to fly to Glasgow, Scotland
Saturday, June 7
Arrive and transport to our hotel in Stirling, the site where a great victory
was won for the Scots under William Wallace. Take the afternoon to rest or see some sights, then a fellowship meeting after
dinner.
Sunday, June 8th
We take a breathtaking cruise on Loch Lomond. Loch Lomond straddles the Highland boundary fault between
the lowlands and highlands of Scotland. This gives the area all around the loch a blend of highland and lowland scenery. From
here we get the song "The bonnie banks of Loch Lomond". Then on to our hotel in Oban, a town set in a tree-fringed bay,
in what is without doubt the best natural harbour in the Western Highlands.
Monday, June 9th
We visit the Isles of Mull and Iona.
Mull is a large, unspoilt island with a coastline of over 300 miles, yet its population
is only about 2500. It is much-visited for its scenery hills, waterfalls, sea caves, forest walks and beaches.
Iona is the home of the famous monastery where Columba trained his
students to preach, teach and demonstrate the power of God and raise the dead, in the 5th century! (You can read
about Columba's angelic visitations and extraordinary prophetic words in "Columba-the Celtic Dove"thought to
be the first Christian site in Scotland. (from our website: www.goodnews.netministries.org\kathie.htm,)
Iona is a tiny island, of typically Hebridean beauty, it holds a unique place in the story of Scotland where
people have lived, worked and worshipped over many centuries. To and from its shores have come monks and pilgrims, clan chiefs
and kings, artists and craftsmen, farmers and fishermen.
Tuesday, June 10
We travel "The Road to the Isles" The Road to the Isles is the route west from Fort William to Mallaig,
passing through many towns and villages, a journey of some 43 miles. At Mallaig, we take the ferry to The Isle of Skye. The
Isle of Skye is the largest island of the Inner Hebrides and it is renowned for its natural beauty, history and wildlife.
The Isle of Skye is the home of many revivals. Then on to our hotel in Portree.
Wednesday, June 11
We leave the Isle of Sky by the bridge at Kyle of Lochalsh, a village that is older than it looks
and it is likely that there was a settlement here from here before 1600. We travel through the Western highlands to Gairloch,
where history is all around you. From the Bronze Age hut circles by the Sand River and the remains of the vitrified fort of
An Dùn by Gairloch beach to the Destitution roads and the magnificent family seat of the Clan Mackenzie in the wooded Flowerdale
Glen. Place names speak both of Viking invaders and of the traditional Gaelic culture Gaelic is still spoken by many local
people.
Then on to our hotel in Inverness.
Inverness is also full of history, many happenings took place in this eventful place.
Thursday June 12,
We take "The High Road" to our free afternoon in Edinburgh. Welcome to Edinburgh, the Capital of Scotland,
and to the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town - one of the premier tourist images in the world, an unforgettable skyline running
from the Castle to the Palace of Holyrood Housel; surrounded by steeply sloping streets.Unlike most city High Streets where
the same national chains of shops and restaurants can be seen whichever town you are in, Edinburgh's Old Town is rich in specialist
shops and small restaurants. Also the home of the renowned University of Edinburgh, theaters, museums and even a castle! Ladies
- GREAT SHOPPING HERE
