Prophetic Utterance through Bill Burns

November 16, 2002:

I have come to walk among you, My children. I have come to strengthen and prepare you for the days ahead. I have come to lift you higher than you have ever been. I have come in this moment and in this hour to reveal Myself to you, for I have written a specific promise in My Word that I would come and lift you up that you might live in My sight, in My realm, in the place in the spirit where the rain falls from. I have come to reveal My purposes and plant the seeds of the prophetic word that shall speak unto this coming move of God that you might begin to nurture that seed and then in due season, as the rain of My Spirit comes upon it, will it not spring forth and bring My purposes to pass upon the earth? You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, the children of light. Do you not know that you are the head and not the tail? You are the carriers of the glory of this dispensation. Do you not know that I am bringing forth the former rain to come upon some of you individually that you might wear the mantle of the prophets of old and to do those things prophetically that they did? You will call a people into My kingdom and speak into this hour and into this day to bring forth a manifestation of that which I purpose in the earth. It is My purpose to bless My children. I say, do not worry about the prophets of doom and their voices. Even though judgment does come upon the earth, My intention is to bless My people. In the midst of judgment upon the earth will I not bless them? Will I not make a distinction between them and those who will fall under the judgment? I say, the rain is two-fold; it will bring both blessing and judgment. Both My goodness and severity shall be revealed. That is how I will make a distinction between those who are truly Mine and those whose hearts are far from Me. I say, rend your hearts and plow up the fallow ground and let Me plant the seeds of righteousness in you.

November 10, 2002:

The Lord says, I have brought a spirit of liberty to you today that I may demonstrate My love for you and bring you to a higher level in My kingdom than you have known. These are the days of elevation in which I am restoring My people and bringing them into their purpose for these last of the last days. Will I not reveal to you the hidden mysteries, and will I not reveal Myself to you personally that you may be changed from glory to glory in My presence? Be encouraged and enjoy the liberty that I have released, for in this liberty you shall know Me and you shall know My love and receive the understanding of that which I am doing in this season, says the Lord.

November 9, 2002:

Have I not written, have I not spoken, and have I not called you to come boldly before My throne? If you will come with boldness and confidence in the righteousness of Christ, then will I not touch you? Will I not heal you? Will I not renew you? Will I not strengthen you? Will I not speak to you? Will I not walk with you? Will I not reveal to you the mysteries of the end of the age? Will I not plant within your heart the seeds of revelation that will bring forth the harvest of things to come? Again, I say, come boldly with confidence. Come to the throne room and rest. Come and enjoy My company. Come and receive that which I give unto you, for surely I am your exceeding great reward. Again, I say, come and dine; come and rest, come to know Me, and I shall indeed reveal Myself to you, for these are the days of My glory, and I am transforming you from glory to glory into the very image of Christ. If you would be like Jesus, to preach as He did, to heal as He healed, to walk among man and bring change as He did, then you must first come and rest in My presence and receive of My glory and the power of My Spirit. Then, I say, go out among those who need to hear My word and walk among those who need to know Me. You will then walk among them and have something to give, but it will be by way of power and by way of Spirit, says the Lord.

November 3, 2002:

Whosoever will, come! Pursue the knowledge of the Most High, the resurrected Christ, the Living Lamb, the Glorious One, that you might be elevated and see My purposes and come to the understand the fullness of times, for you are living in a day predestined for you, My people. Now with all haste come into the Throne Room. Come into the Holy of Holies and seat yourself in My presence that My glory might overshadow you and transform you into the image that I have predestined for each of you. This is the day that the prophets desired to look into; it is a day of wonder and expectation of what I will do among My people. Lift Me up on the thrones of your hearts and look upon My face, for this is the Jacob Generation (those who look upon the face of God). You are those who shall see My glory as it comes from the enlightenment of My gaze. I will cause you to rise up in power. This is the day of My power, says the Lord, and I will cause you to overcome all things that have been set against you by the evil one, and I will cause you to walk upon the high places, for I have given you hinds feet even in this day so that you might climb higher on the hills of Zion and enter into the House of Restoration. You will continue the process of restoration as you learn to be My priests. As you worship Me and give Me honor, shall I not put a crown upon your head and say, "Go forth into the House of the Kings that you might learn to rule with Me as a joint heir." This is My kingdom, which I have prepared for you, and this is My house that I will bring you into. Come. Come now.

November 1, 2002:

I saw people walking along with strings attached to them, and above them was another person pulling the strings to control their actions like a puppeteer would do. And, I looked above that person that was controlling the strings and they had strings on them too! The devil is controlling those strings. All of the strings need to be cut, and you need to release those you control and be released from the devil's control. I spoke to you a week ago that I have given you flaming swords to cut the strings if you want to. The sword is the Word of God, the flame is the fire of the Spirit. Exercise the authority that you have been given and refuse to be moved and motivated beyond what God's will is for you.

I saw people who were digging with shovels, but the shovels were really little. They were trying to move stuff out of their way and get it behind them, but the shovels were way too small. They were working fervently to try to move a pile of rubble, which represented stuff from the past that had been heaped upon them and built around them. Then, I saw the Lord come down with a BIG shovel. So, in the season that is before you, He will give you a greater ability to move the things that have been put on you in the past. He will also give you supernatural energy to use the big shovel and move through it very quickly. Get ready in the season ahead of you to work very, very quickly. You will break through in great glory, and don't give up. It is going to happen, and you will be unencumbered by the debris from the past and what glorious things God will do with you. Get ready to be thankful, but for now deal with things that you have the ability to deal with right now. Be diligent and take care of these things now; don't wait on God to do what you can do for yourself, and do them quickly.

I saw people carrying ladders with them because they had an intense desire to move higher spiritually, but they were little bitty ladders because they perceived that that was as big a ladder as God would give them to use. However, that is not the ladder that God will give. He is going to give you a ladder that starts out little but will grow as you step onto it. It will be like Jacob's ladder that will go up to the heavens.

I believe that the year 2003 will be a year of God divine intervention and grace. There will be a supernatural impartation of His grace. So that we can accomplish the things that we have not yet been able to do. Do not get distracted, but go forth in His power.

And the Lord says, you have entered into a time of crisis. There is a stirring in the heavenlies and there is a stirring in the earth, you must stir up the gift that is within you and keep yourselves alert and watching so that you will understand and know the times and seasons that are ahead of you. You must not get distracted by the things of the world or allow the devil to seduce you into the places of flesh, but you should cause yourselves to walk on the line that I have drawn before you and stay on that narrow path. Therefore, walk in the Spirit and do not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. If you walk with the Holy One, He will lead you into divine destiny in this next year. God has assigned and designed a position for each one of you. You need to keep Him on the throne of your hearts and keep moving forward without sitting down, stopping or going backward. Surely this is a time of crisis when the enemy can steal your blessing if you allow him to. You can lose your blessings because you have spoiled them by allowing your own desires to overtake My purposes for you. Get ready and live in a state of alertness. Watch!

October 19, 2002:

The presence of God is manifesting in this place in an incredible way. There was a time when God's angels were frequently seen in this place, warring angels and angels of worship. I haven't seen them for awhile, but now again. I know that something is up. I know when God gets ready to do something in a magnificent and glorious way we have angelic visitation. It was so when Jesus was born; it was so when the first-century church began to manifest the presence of the kingdom of God; it is so in these days as God begins to move us into His purposes. Hallelujah! I think Satan should be worried.

Have you heard the sound of angel's wings and their fluttering? The heavenly host does come at God's command for such a time as this. The Lord would say to you that these are indeed perilous times, but then you know that already. What you may not be aware of is that I have sent the heavenly host to surround and guard My people in these days. The evil one would rise up to spoil that which I am doing and to spoil the ground on which you walk and to bring fear, to steal, to tempt and to control. The evil one would come to destroy that which I am about to do. It is because of this attack that I am sending My glorious ones, My warring ones, to walk beside you, to surround you and to guard you. They come in this hour with flaming swords, the swords that turn this way and that way, the sword that turns whichever way the enemy is coming from. But, I say to you, do not fear. I am with you. I am with you to guard you, protect you, lead you and to guide you, for My purposes shall not fail, and My words shall not return void. That which I have spoken prophetically to you shall come to pass. That which I have brought by way of exhortation shall lift you into My presence. Again, I say, these are the days of My glory, the days of My manifest presence, the days in which the light of My Sun shines brighter and brighter. I would have you remember that I am the Morning Star, but I say the fullness of My light does come, and as the fullness of My light comes, judgment comes upon the earth. Judgment will come to the kingdom of darkness through My people who will be accompanied by My glorious ones, says the Lord. Fear not. I say again, fear not. Even though these are perilous times and days that cause their hearts to fear and cause their hearts to melt, you shall remain steadfast and strong, and you shall remain in a position of strength for I am with you, says the Lord. It is written that I shall never leave you nor forsake you. Even though you have had a little strength, and even though you have stumbled and found yourself from time to time in weakness, I say gird up the loins of your mind this day. Strengthen your resolve. Cause yourself to stand at attention for the war is about to unfold, and My glorious ones come to undergird you and walk with you, to strengthen and empower you, says the Lord.

Angels of power, angels of glory, angels of deliverance, angels that will stir and trouble the waters, angels who will trouble the enemy, angels who will provoke the enemy, angels who will rise up as one army against the powers of darkness, angels over Israel, for Israel is My chosen land -- I am releasing My angelic host in this hour to go forth into all the earth and fight on behalf of My people.

When I say unto you that this is the hour and this is the day of My power, do you not understand that the mountains shall shake and tremble? It is written that I will shake all things in heaven and on earth before I return to claim My kingdom and take My Bride. You say, "What is that shaking?" It is the sound of My angels walking upon the earth, for when their feet touch the earth the land does tremble, and when they walk upon it to take dominion over it, the land does shake. I say, be encouraged, My people, if you feel the ground trembling and if you hear the sound within the ground of the rising forth of My power. This is the day of apostolic dominion and apostolic power and apostolic intervention. Get ready to rise up in strength that you have not known, for I will send you forth to contend for the truth and to contend for faith, and will they not be words of fire? I say, yea; they will be words of fire that shall burn and cut and reveal hidden darkness. They shall be words of fire that shall bring forth a demonstration of My kingdom and release My people into the power of the Holy Spirit. They will be words of fire that shall have dominion over all the fiery darts of the enemy. I say, speak even as Jeremiah spoke in days of old. You will begin to feel the fire that is shut up within your bones, and there will be a brightness, but yet a heaviness with it, a forbearing and constraint with it. Do not worry as to when and how you shall you shall speak, for I Myself shall draw out from you the words that you shall speak. Take now the scepter and the authority of My word and My truth.

You have for some heard this term, "the sons of thunder," and you have wondered what is this and what shall it be like and what shall it sound like? I say unto you, and I reveal this mystery. When I put the flaming swords in the hands of My sons of thunder, when they strike the enemy, you shall hear the sound of thunder, and you shall see the sparks of lightning go forth in heavenly places. It shall be a fierce war, but also a glorious war, and I say by the power of thunder and lightning and the power of My voice, even as it was on Mount Sinai, even as I spoke in days of old, I speak in these days that I am bringing destruction upon the enemy and upon all of his works. You have been called for such a time as this to carry the sword of power. When the sword becomes alive with fire, I say, strike the enemy and he shall fall. Strike the enemy and the heavenlies shall resound with the thunder of the sound of victory. Strike the enemy and you shall see the enemy fall, and you shall know that I have called you to walk in victory. You will know that you must walk on the path of righteousness if you are to carry this sword and walk in the power of this day, says the Lord, for these are days of holiness and righteousness and days of glory and days of My power and anointing. There shall be a canopy of the presence of My Father's glory, and that glory shall sustain you in these days. But, it shall strike fear in the heart of the enemy. Even as the heavens thunder, the enemy will know that he has been struck again. I say, strike the enemy. Strike again the waters. Strike again the altars. Strike again those things which are evil, I say, for they are destined to fall in this day, in the day of My victory and glory.

Your prayers will now go forth like lightning bolts, says the Lord. They will not be weak prayers. They will not be ineffective prayers. Is it not written that the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous man avails much? I say that I am bringing the power of My word in intercession. I am bringing the power of prayer to strike the heart of the enemy. I am bringing them forth as lightning bolts against all the works of the enemy. I say, pray. You are to be a praying people in these days who believe that when you speak the words of authority and the words that challenge the enemy that the enemy is indeed challenged and exposed and defeated. I say, pray and watch the enemy fall as lightning from heaven. Your prayers will not be ineffective. You must turn to the place of power, the power of My word, the power of prayer through the spoken word. Take up that sword and send it to the heart of the enemy. I say, bind the enemy and he shall be bound. Loose My blessings and they shall be loosed. Speak and I shall perform My word.

October 12, 2002:

I hear the Lord say, "Watch out because your Ishmael's are about to mock your Isaac's." Maybe we need some understanding with that. Ishmael represents the works of the flesh and compromise and trying to bring God's purposes forth under your own power. It represents the compromise of God's promise, which will mock the child of the Spirit. The Lord is nudging us to consecrate ourselves and to put away all compromise so that we don't try to get our needs met on our own and that we don't mock the promises and fullness of the Spirit by our own efforts and desires.

The Lord said, "I have not come to bring peace to this earth, but a sword of separation." He will come and separate some things from you. It may be the works of the flesh; it may be those things that mock your spiritual blessings and gifting; it may be some relationships that have to come to a place of separation so that you can go on with the Lord in the fullness of that which He has called you to.

October 6, 2002:

Yes, it is true that what goes around comes around, and I say, "Watch and pray." The reason, dear ones, that I am shining the spotlight of My love upon your heart is so that every darkness might be revealed and that you might not be separated from the Christ that is in you nor divided from those I have joined you to, but that you may walk in the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace and into the glory and spiritual perfection that I have prepared for each of you. For, I say unto you that this is that day, the day of the redemption of My people and the fullness of times in the fullness of My Spirit whereby My purposes are fulfilled in your lives. I have called you for such a time as this to demonstrate Myself in you and through you. These are the days that you will call (in reflection) the days of My glory, the days in which I will reveal to you the mysteries of darkness and those things that are cloaked that you may not see with natural eyes but with spiritual eyes. You shall perceive the works of the enemy; therefore, you shall be able to go forth with the sound of the trumpet, and with the sword of the Spirit you will defeat the enemy at each and every door that he tries to gain access through. I say to you, begin to think victoriously, and carry the torch and the trumpet and go forth and proclaim the glory of this visitation and the glory of this day. Surely, I shall walk with you, and I shall confirm the words that you speak with signs and wonders following, says the Lord.
